What we do desire is a strong work ethic reflected in your commitment to customer service, maintaining strong team relations while ensuring accurate administrative and communication skills.The RoleThe successful candidate will be required to:oversee all damage administration for a large fleet, incl. negotiation and approval of repairsprocess claims through insurance companies or direct with clients, and bill accordinglyassist in vehicle acquisition, repairs & logistics nationwideensure vehicle preparation is coordinated in a timely fashion, and downtime is minimizedadminister updates accordingly and ensure strict timelines are adhered toassist in on-going fleet review, on how best to achieve higher levels of return based on asset performancerun daily/weekly/monthly reports as requiredassist in the overall business development of the companyKey attributes required:A full clean driving license – B class minimumMotor mechanical knowledge - Suitable qualification or similar level of experience is essential3+ years similar experience requiredExcellent communication, computer and telephone skills – both written and verbal (English Essential)Very strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work, with problem solving and organisational skills"Can do" attitude, and a strong ability to multi-task in a busy working environment on your own, or managing othersExcellent presentation and high-level customer service skills required.Key InformationMon-Thur 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-17:00Salary Basic: €35,000 - €45,000, negotiable depending on experienceCompany phone includedStart Date – ASAPMotor experience essential for applicationA very competitive salary is on offer along with benefits associated with a very ambitious company.
