The Role
This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure to the full spectrum of modern joinery, bench joinery, assembly, fitting, and hand-finishing.
· Operating and, over time, helping set up advanced CNC and woodworking machinery.
· Exposure to professional spray finishing processes, from preparation through to final coat.
· Working on bespoke projects where accuracy, problem-solving, and pride in finish matter.
For experienced joiners, the role offers:
o Greater autonomy at the bench or on machinery
o Input into methods, problem-solving, and workflow
o Opportunity to mentor and support developing joiners

Our modern, expanding facility includes:
ü 5-Axis CNC Machines (Pod & Rail systems) – complex, high-precision machining
ü Nesting Line CNC – efficient sheet processing and modern cabinet workflows
ü 8-Sider Moulders – high-efficiency, accurate profiling
ü Straight Line Rip Saws – fast, precise timber preparation
ü Climate-Controlled Downdraft Spray Booth – professional, high-quality finishing
ü Traditional Joinery Benches – where hand skills, fitting, and fine detailing happen
This is not a production-line factory. It is a professional workshop where technology supports craftsmanship — it does not replace it.
