We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of the Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel. A Luxury property managed by the award-winning Arora Group in partnership with Accor's Sofitel brand—is set to redefine the guest experience at one of Europe's busiest international gateways.Directly connected to Terminal 2, this flagship property will feature:412 elegant guestroomsExtensive meetings and events facilitiesA spectacular rooftop bar with panoramic views across Dublin and the airportThe RoleWorking in partnership with the hotel management team, the People & Culture Manager will be responsible for performance management, the identification of issues and implementation of initiatives to support, succession planning, internal talent identification, promotion and position/location moves, employee engagement, retention, and personnel reporting.The People & Culture Manager Will OverseeResource and Talent Planning – Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to development and implement effective resourcing strategies.
