Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager
Job Description:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet 5-star standards.
* This includes overseeing the accommodation team, monitoring laundry output, and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
* The role also involves dealing with VIP customers, handling lost property, and completing checklists and reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide excellent customer service by ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome upon arrival and departure from their room.
2. To maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, training needs etc. through regular appraisals & feedback sessions.
