Administrative Support Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our organization in Enniskillen.
The role is a full-time, fixed-term contract until end July 2026. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm (hybrid model).
Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and timely administrative support to the full range of HR processes ensuring the HR function meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality
2. Preparing and amending HR documents as required
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
4. Assisting HR colleagues with reviewing and updating company policies
5. Organising meetings and events as and when required
6. Maintaining and updating attendance management systems and associated administration
7. Providing timely and efficient administrative support at each stage of the recruitment process
8. Administering the new-start process for employees
9. Supporting the learning and development function
