The successful candidate must have:A full Childcare Qualification as listed on the DCEDIY recognised Childcare Qualifications. Must be a minimum Level 6 from a recognised body (Level 7 would be advantageous)A minimum of 1 years paid working experiencewithin a Room Leader/Lead Educator Role in a creche environment - working with children from 12-24 months.A good knowledge of the Child Care Act 1991 (Early Years Services) Regulations 2016.Knowledge of working with Siolta and Aistear.First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Safety certificated (in date) are an advantage, but not essential (will be required to undertake as part of training within the role).A sincere and genuine love for working with young childrenGood leadership skillsGood organisiational skillsPositive teamwork skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsFlexibilityJob Types: Fixed term, Specified-purposeContract length: 6 monthsPay: €15.00-€17.50 per hourWork Location: In person
