They have a headoffice in Ireland with a diverse team based around Europe. This is a highly organised administration & communication role which will keep the IT support team running smoothly.
This position is the lynch pin for the companies IT Support division; You will identify, own and manage all processes related to admin support. This includes monitoring service level agreements. Escalation managment & case management. Management of the customer portal & CRM.
The role can be based remotely in a timezone similar to Ireland / UK or can be based in Dublin. The ideal experience for this role would be a background as a Team Leader in IT support. As the role is primarly focused on being highly organised and dependable training can be provided. It will require a high level of maturity and independence. 3+- years in a role with a verifiable track record of admin will also work. Training on the role will be provided for the right experience.
