We are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team at GPC Finance. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, challenging projects, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead teams on the planning, execution, and completion of audits.
* Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients.
* Manage a portfolio of clients with varying sizes and industries.
* Proactively manage client expectations and serve as their primary point-of-contact.
* Coordinate and project manage staff resource allocation to jobs.
* Report directly to the director on engagement progress.
* Participate in coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisal of staff.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualification.
* Minimum 4 years of post-qualified work experience.
* Understanding of audit team management and accountability for results.
* Proven management skills and behaviors.
* Client-oriented individual with initiative, enthusiasm, and problem-solving attitude.
