IATI Technician Part TimeA construction company is seeking an Accounts Technician (IATI) to join their growing team.This role is on an initial part time basis.Responsibilities:Posting of all Supplier and Customer Invoices.Balance debtors/creditors listing each month.Responsible for VAT returns and year end accounts preparation for Accountant.RCT monthly returns.Provide Accountant with monthly payroll information.Prepare supplier payments for authorisation.Monthly bank/visa reconciliation and analysis of accounts and variances.Prepare monthly financial reports and correspondence for internal or external review.Contribute to and/or complete special projects as assigned.Skills:3-5 years' working experience preferably in the Construction Industry.Strong communications skills, over the phone and via email.Accounting Technician qualification is essential.IT Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelProficient with Accounts Software QuickbooksLocation South City DublinHours to suit – 3 day week preferably 8am to 4pmSalary NegotiableJob Type: Part-timePay: €25.00-€30.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: In person
