Leadership Role
Nua Healthcare Services, a leading Private Healthcare Provider in Ireland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will make significant contributions to the achievement of all Supported Living activities, practices, and goals.
* Manage Field Care Supervisors and staff assigned to work within your territory.
* Attend weekly Department meetings and review minutes of previous meetings.
* Review Incident/Accident reports and make recommendations for improved safety practice.
The ideal candidate will be afforded training and development in line with the role.
Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis.
Candidates will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification: Level 7/8 Degree or working towards degree in Social Studies.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Experience: 3 years minimum managerial experience within a similar social care setting.
The position requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and judgement.
A full clean driver's licence is also required.
