12 months, with up to two 12-month extensions

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for driving digital transformation in the public sector? Join a team supporting government departments to deliver innovative ICT solutions, with a focus on improving services for citizens and staff.
This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across multiple locations, including Tullamore, Athlone, Blanchardstown, and Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Capture, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
* Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use case packs, and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
* Facilitate workshops, prepare materials, and maintain clear project documentation.
* Support project governance and solution assessment activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
About You:
* 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with proven Agile and Product Owner experience.
* Professional BA qualification (BCS, IIBA, CBAP/CCBA, or Agile BA) and Agile framework certification.
* Skilled in Azure DevOps, BPMN (Visio), wireframing (Figma), data analysis (Excel/SQL), and digital collaboration tools (Miro, Mural).
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to attend required offices.
