About the Role
We are seeking bilingual Speech and Language Annotators (full-time and part-time) to join a dynamic team focused on advancing cutting-edge speech and language technology. This role involves working onsite in Dublin and will suit detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
Reporting to the Annotation Program Manager, you will play a key role in transcribing, annotating, and quality-checking speech data to support the development of next-generation voice and language systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate transcription and annotation of speech recordings.
Apply established guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
Collaborate with team leads and management to meet daily and weekly deliverables.
Maintain strong attention to detail and quality while working efficiently under deadlines.
Support cross-functional teams by contributing to continuous process improvements.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree advantageous).
Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Japanese, Arabic, or Hindi.
Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 50 wpm).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in transcription or annotation.
Exposure to speech, language, or linguistic data projects.
