Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
In this role, you will work closely with your store manager to drive commercial performance by managing sales, cost control, and operational excellence. You will also ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and wellbeing across the store.
To succeed in this position you must have excellent leadership skills as well as strong communication abilities. You should be commercially aware with experience in retail or customer service. Additionally you should have an ambition to take on new challenges and opportunities for growth within your career.
