Overview
The purpose of this Receptionist role is to provide front-of-house service to customers in our Naas office, while also being the first point of contact on our phone lines and carrying out administration duties. This role provides first-class service to Arachas customers.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for our phone lines, directing calls to the relevant parties
* Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
* Opening and distribution of post
* Administration duties
* Friendly rapport with customers as the first point of contact for Arachas
* Welcoming customers to the office and ensuring relevant documentation is completed on arrival
* Collaborating with team members
* Working alongside a team to ensure the company objectives
* Ensuring customer queries are directed to the relevant teams
* Ensuring all compliance standards are met
