About the Role
This role supports the B2B Commercial Partnerships Manager in driving trade sales and managing key relationships across our Irish Brand Homes portfolio. It focuses on day-to-day account management, partner communications, CRM reporting, and coordination of trade activity.
The role works closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to ensure that B2B touchpoints, partner communications, and trade materials align with wider commercial priorities and brand standards.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for key trade and B2B partners.
* Manage relationships across four distinct Brand Homes (Guinness Storehouse, Roe & Co, Smithwick’s Experience Kilkenny, and Guinness Open Gate Brewery), balancing different commercial models such as FIT, group travel, and OTA channels.
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure partner pipeline tracking, data accuracy, and timely reporting.Prepare monthly and quarterly B2B revenue reports and monitor washout performance.
* Collaborate with Marketing to optimise B2B marketing content, OTA listings, and promotional visibility to drive conversion and maintain brand standards.
* Represent Irish Brand Homes at major trade and tourism events, supporting coordination of broader IBH participation.
* Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for B2B revenue, ensuring alignment across brand homes.
* Oversee onboarding of new trade partners, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and smooth internal communication.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
* Identify opportunities to grow new or under‑represented market segments, working closely with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to shape future initiatives.
* Provide regular partner insights and feedback to inform the wider B2B growth strategy.
Role Requirements
* Solid experience in sales within an international visitor experience, tourism organization, OTA or tour operator (minimum five years preferred).
* Strong relationship‑management skills with proven experience handling trade or B2B accounts.
* Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, forecasting) and PowerPoint (presentations, reporting).
* Comfortable analysing sales data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience working with OTAs, DMCs, or travel distribution platforms is highly advantageous.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
* A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the confidence to flag opportunities or challenges early.
* Bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or a related field (minimum).
* The role requires occasional international travel and flexibility to work outside standard hours when supporting trade events.
