Ruhama are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiastic HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function within Ruhama and, by working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, to develop the HR structures within the organisation which includes, but is not limited to, administration (leave, time& attendance, policies & procedures etc.), performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning.
Details Fixed Term Full time role - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Competitive Salary Scale - €57,324 - €70,034 per annum Closing Date 3.00pm Thursday 26th February Benefits of working with Ruhama 25 days annual leave per annum.
3 additional privilege days per annum.
WFH options (1 day per week, following successful 6-month probation pro rata).

Maternity leave: at full salary (less Social Welfare benefits), subject to one years service, for the period of the 26 weeks paid leave.
