HR Manager Full time, 1-year Fixed Term Applications are now invited for the above position.
Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, human trafficking for sexual exploitation and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation.
Founded in 1989, our organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services.
Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team.
Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women.
Ruhama are seeking to appoint an experienced, committed and enthusiastic HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function within Ruhama and, by working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, to develop the HR structures within the organisation which includes, but is not limited to, administration (leave, time& attendance, policies & procedures etc.), performance management, employee engagement, workforce and succession planning.
Details Fixed Term Full time role - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday Competitive Salary Scale - €57,324 - €70,034 per annum Closing Date 3.00pm Thursday 26th February Benefits of working with Ruhama 25 days annual leave per annum.
3 additional privilege days per annum.
WFH options (1 day per week, following successful 6-month probation pro rata).
Ruhama operates a contributory pension scheme, which all employees may join on completion of successful probation period Death in Service Benefit through our pension scheme: Available for pension scheme members after 6 months (successful probation period), to the value of 3 times annual salary.
Maternity leave: at full salary (less Social Welfare benefits), subject to one years service, for the period of the 26 weeks paid leave.
Parents Leave: 9 weeks leave topped up to full salary, subject to one years service during the first 2 years of a childs life or in the case of adoption, within 2 years of the placement of the child with the family for eligible employees.
Travel Supports: Bike-to-work schemes and tax saver commuter tickets.
Employee Assistance Programme with VHI.
Suite of Training Programmes to develop skillset as part of induction, probation and ongoing CPD.
