About the Role:
You will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of complex automation systems in support of product launches. You will oversee the design, prototyping, assembly, development and troubleshooting of these systems. Your goal is to ensure efficiency, quality and innovation throughout all stages of product lifecycle.

* Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement process improvements.
* Develop strategies to mitigate risks, resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
* Mentor and lead technical specialists to enhance automation knowledge sharing and continuity.
* Create talent development plans to align with departmental growth goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience in automation deployment, management of technical disciplines and agile methodology.
* Proven leadership skills in project management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Solidworks.
