Job Overview
Our Gymnastics Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, overseeing class delivery, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students.
This role requires a highly organized individual with a passion for teaching and working with children. The manager will travel to different schools each day, working within primary school hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement gymnastics lesson plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee gymnastics classes in different schools each day, managing equipment setup and logistics.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with participating schools.
* Monitor and evaluate program success, making changes as necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching or teaching.
* Expert knowledge of gymnastics skills and techniques preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire participants and staff.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
