Job Opportunity:
A key role has become available for a skilled Financial Operations Assistant, based in our state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will assist with a range of financial and administrative tasks including:
* Accounts payable and receivable management
* General ledger maintenance
* Discrepancies (stock allocations, returns)
* Queries with the finance department
* Maintaining customer price lists
* Pineapple sales order completion for export/wholesale sales
* Creating and managing new customer accounts (invoicing, price changes etc)
* Fruit claim management (local)
* Annual sustainability reporting
* Processing weekly payroll
* Querying payroll issues with supervisors
* Sending agency hours to agencies
* Covering for reception & meeting hospitality
* Statutory reports, CSO, BOP & Repak
Required Skills:
* Ability to work as part of a team and cover other areas when needed
* Good working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
* Aptitude for data/numbers and experience creating and working with spreadsheets
* Ability to make decisions and operate on own initiative
* Ability to manage difficult situations and prioritise tasks
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
