About the Role
The Team Leader will work closely with the Residential Services Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our client-focused service. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to staff in implementing person-centered approaches.
* S supervising and supporting staff development, including identifying training needs and opportunities.
* Designing and implementing quality monitoring systems to meet legislative requirements.
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels and participating in roster planning.
* Supporting clients with daily living tasks and documenting progress.
* Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.
* A management qualification or relevant experience.
* A minimum of three years' experience in a similar setting, preferably in accommodation-based services.
* Knowledge of Intellectual Disabilities/Mental Health difficulties and HIQA standards within residential settings.
