Are you ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of FMCG? Kepak is now recruiting for a Category Executive in our Red Meat Division.
As a Category Executive, you'll be at the heart of our Insight, Innovation, and Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Category Manager. You'll analyze data, generate insights, and support category plans. This role offers opportunities for travel across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll do:
* Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
* Create reports and dashboards to track performance and share insights with internal teams and retail partners
* Support retailer meetings with insightful presentations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category plans with business goals and strategy
* Research market trends, consumer behavior, and provide insights to the team

Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a data-focused or analytical role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or similar industries
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
* Experience with Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
* Attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively
* Good communication skills and confidence in presenting insights
* A team player eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative
* Knowledge of grocery retail and shopper behavior in the UK and Ireland is desirable but not essential
* Full clean driving license and access to own transport
