Lead High-Impact Oracle Cloud PPM Transformations
At Version 1, we’re continuing to expand our award‑winning Oracle practice and are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to take ownership of full‑cycle implementations across complex, enterprise‑scale environments.

The Opportunity
You will lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape, configure, and deliver scalable solutions across sectors including finance, public sector, and healthcare.
This is a hands‑on functional leadership role where your expertise will directly influence programme success.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (design through go‑live and hypercare)
Running client workshops and translating business requirements into scalable solutions
Configuring and deploying:
Portfolio Project Management
Project Financial Management
Grants Management
Project Execution Management
Managing change requests through development and testing lifecycle in line with governance standards
Supporting clients through Oracle quarterly release cycles
Liaising directly with Oracle on Service Requests (SRs)
Providing structured status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
Advising clients on solution options, cross‑functional impacts, and best practice
Ensuring delivery remains on time, within scope, and aligned to business expectations
You will have:
Deep functional knowledge of:
Project Financial Management
Grants Management
Project Execution Management
Reporting expertise including:
OTBI
Financial Reporting Studio
SmartView
Previous experience with E‑Business Suite Project Accounting (Billing & Costing)
Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
Proven workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capability
Comfortable working across concurrent projects in fast‑paced delivery environments
