Join to apply for the Surgical Sales Specialist - Head and Neck role at Tekno Surgical.
Location: The role is based in the Munster/Connacht region. Ideal candidate must be located on territory.
Responsibilities
* Managing the entire ENT and CMF portfolio in your accounts.
* Some sales will also involve engagement in neuro, spine, plastics/reconstructive and general surgery.
* Developing relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.
* Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquiries.
* Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.
* Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential.
* Working with the managers to assist developing and implementing ongoing Head & Neck Portfolio market plans, working with all departments to execute.
* Assessing the direction the business is taking in your accounts and forecasting progress.
* Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.
* Attendance at relevant conferences / meetings and Educational Courses with customers both in Ireland and abroad.
Role Requirements
* Preferably +2 years’ successful track record in medical sales, ideally with Head & Neck product sales or related sales experience. Candidates with nursing/technician experience will also be considered.
* High reliance on drive and planning/organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: customer focused with strong influencing skills.
* Good administrative and computing skills.
* Commercially aware. Able to manage a complex business. Well organized.
* Self-motivated and team player.
* Must have full, clean driving license (company car provided).
