Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* 2 years€,, experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
* The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

About the locality:
Daybreak Newport Co. Tipperary is looking for an experienced and motivated Deli Supervisor to lead our busy, customer-focused deli team. Ability to run the deli/bakery on the weekends and help the deli manager during the weekdays (3 days flexible).
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare delicious food products in our fresh food department.
* Provide support to the management team in the day-to-day operations of the department.
* Manage, co-ordinate and ensure compliance of stock.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP and Food Safety procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Ensure stock loss is minimised for your areas by ensuring correct portion control, weighing, labelling, and pricing are adhered to, as well as wastage guidelines in place.
* Keep our food displays looking tantalizing and in line with company standards.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational food business, from setup to closure.
* Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to address any inquiries or concerns.
* Embracing any additional duties assigned by our supportive store management team.
