Community Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and resolve user issues submitted through the ticketing system (e.g., account support or abuse reports)
2. Enforce the platform's Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing policy violations
3. Analyse data to identify ways to improve the user experience
4. Spot trends and escalate complex or sensitive cases as necessary
5. Recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency
6. Manage sensitive content with discretion and resilience
Location: D18 Sandyford
Work Model: Fully On-site
Language Requirements:
7. Fluent to near-native level in Portuguese, with a deep understanding of the region's culture and social context.
8. Advanced level of English
