About the Role: As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage all day-to-day kitchen operations while supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider kitchen team.
Youll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring smooth service, and contributing to menu development and innovation.
Youll also be expected to take the lead and confidently run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring consistency, quality, and team coordination are upheld at all times.
