About the Role As an Operations Administrator, youll support the day-to-day logistics and operations across the organisation. Your initial focus will be on working collaboratively with the Events Lead and other internal stakeholders to coordinate the set-up and delivery of a diverse range of events. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. Youll be central to keeping things moving smoothlyfrom managing inventory and ensuring compliance, to liaising with external suppliers and maintaining accurate data systems. This is a 2 year fixed term contract initially and the role could go places for the right candidate. Salary is €35 - €40k DOE DUTIES OF THE ROLE Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day admin support for the operations teamscheduling meetings, producing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth team workflows. Event Operations: Assist in the operational planning and on-the-ground delivery of events, supporting logistics, set-up, and coordination efforts. Process Coordination: Help implement and refine key operational procedures to drive efficiency and consistency. Data & Systems Management: Maintain up-to-date records and databases, ensuring data integrity across all operational platforms. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact for internal departments, suppliers, and partnersensuring effective and timely communication. Inventory Oversight: Track and manage inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate logistics to support both day-to-day operations and event delivery. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. Assist with audits and documentation as needed. Problem-Solving: Identify issues, propose solutions, and collaborate across teams to implement improvements. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities. Team player who is also confident working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Sharp attention to detail and ability to produce clear reports, procedures, and documentation. Full, clean driving licence with access to own car.
