About Your New Job
* Strategic Direction and Oversight
: Spearhead the strategic direction for my client's global engineering teams, focusing on integrating AI/ML capabilities and modern software practices.
* Leadership and Mentorship
: Lead and mentor senior managers and technical leaders, driving innovation in AI/ML, and ensuring alignment with my client's objectives.
* Technical Decision-Making
: Serve as a key decision-maker in technical architecture, particularly in AI-driven solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy and risk management.
What Skills You Need
* Extensive Experience
: 15+ years of experience in product development, with significant exposure to AI/ML and cloud-based engineering, including up to 7 years in management.
* Technical Expertise
: Strong Java full stack and Python engineering experience in a product development environment, with hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Leadership and Innovation
: Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML innovation, responsible AI, and technical excellence at scale.
