Here at GXO, we're looking for a forward thinking, pro-active
Operations Manager
to join our contract based in
Dublin.
You'll take ownership of inventory strategy, goods-in management, stock accuracy, and returns for a leading e-commerce customer.
You'll use advanced analytics and demand planning principles to optimise space and stock flow, while leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
You'll be reporting directly to the General Manager, with responsibility for driving continuous improvement and meeting contractual SLAs.
This is a full-time permanent position.

Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of up to
€56,000
per annum, in line with qualifications and experience and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
What you'll do on a typical day:
Lead inventory and goods-in teams, setting objectives and monitoring performance
Implement and optimise WMS systems (including JDA)
Plan and organise PI counts and annual stocktaking
Ensure stock integrity and reconciliation across multiple systems
Manage budget and attend finance meetings
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in supply chain, inventory optimisation, and team management
Strong knowledge of WMS systems (JDA preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to influence, negotiate, and present confidently
End-to-end understanding of supply chain principles, ideally within e-commerce
