Staff Nurse Oncology Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate staff nurse oncology to join our multidisciplinary team at UPMC Whitfield Hospital.
* Deliver high-quality patient care by ensuring the delivery of the highest possible standard of care to all patients.
* Act as a mentor to preregistration students, clinical staff, and nonclinical staff members.
* Provide support and guidance to colleagues when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nursing practice relating to their clinical area and be able to develop specialist knowledge in this field.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
* Participating in clinical audit and research activities within the field of oncology.
* Undertaking research/clinical audits as necessary and critically analyzing and reporting the findings.
* Collaborating with the Quality and Patient Safety team to ensure the department meets accreditation standards at all times.
