Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction
Location: Ireland (Hybrid)
Salary: €40,000 - depending on experience
Package: Uncapped Commission, Company Pension, Flexible-Working, Laptop, 25 days annual leave.

As our construction client base continues to grow, we are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a dedicated construction desk and play a key role in scaling the business. This is a true 360 recruitment role with a clear route into a Team Lead position for someone who wants to help build something - not just bill.
We are not clock-watchers. We hire adults, trust them to run their desk, and judge performance on outcomes, not hours at a desk. If you want flexibility, autonomy and accountability, this will suit you.
The Role
You will run your own construction desk, covering developers, main contractors and consultancies, and be responsible for:
Client & Business Development
1. Winning new construction clients and building long-term partnerships
2. Developing repeat business through excellent delivery
3. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, directors and project teams
360 Recruitment Delivery
4. Taking full job briefs and managing the process end-to-end
5. Headhunting and engaging construction professionals
6. Managing interviews, offers, negotiations and placements
Growth & Leadership
7. Playing a key role in building Careeriser's construction division
8. Supporting and mentoring junior consultants as the team grows
9. Progressing into a Team Lead / Managing Consultant role
Who We're Looking For
10. 3+ years' experience in recruitment, within construction or engineering in Ireland and/or the UK
11. Strong track record in business development and 360 recruitment
12. Comfortable working with senior construction stakeholders
13. Commercial, self-driven and ambitious
