Key Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager:
Job Summary
Lead a site team to ensure the successful delivery of a large civil infrastructure project.
Coordinate with senior managers to maintain effective communication and project control.
Compile regular reports on project progress, including valuations and time sheets.
Assist engineers with setting out and ensure all works are completed to company standards.
Oversee safety files and regularly report on site progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction.
Possess 3+ years of experience as a project manager on a large project.
Familiarity with software such as Total Station is required.
A valid full driver's license and right to work in Ireland are essential.
Ability to travel between multiple sites.
