* Position: Corporate Security Officer
* Location: Dublin
* Pay Rate: €14.50/hour (€16.80/night shift & €5.00/hour Sunday premium)
* Hours: 42-48 hours/week
* Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Nights & Weekends
Job Requirements
* PSA Security Guarding Licence & CCTV certification
* At least 1 year experience in 5* Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House roles
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in English and good IT skills
* Experience with Access Control, Monitoring Systems, and Visitor Management Systems
* Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Flexible approach to duties and events
* First Aid Qualification
* Ability to perform all specific duties confidently
* Ability to provide documentation and vetting information upon request
Job Role
* Deliver high-quality guarding and customer service
* Work independently and proactively, think quickly
* Remain calm and professional under pressure
* Complete patrols and stand/walk during shifts
* Write incident and shift reports
* Maintain friendly, professional demeanor and excellent customer service
* Operate Access Control and CCTV systems proficiently
* Communicate effectively via email and in person
* Exercise command and control, escalate issues appropriately
* Conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, access control, and emergency responses
