Marketing Executive Location: Dublin 2 Salary:€40,000 €50,000 (DOE) Job Type: Permanent Osborne is working with an award winning property agency who are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in delivering end to end campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Working closely with sales, lettings, and commercial teams, you will develop integrated marketing strategies, manage property listings, and optimise campaigns using performance data and analytics.
Proficient in social media, website and CMS updates, email marketing with excellent organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for residential sales and rental developments across digital and traditional channels, from planning and briefing through to launch, reporting, and optimisation.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Client and Corporate Marketing Directors, Sales, Lettings, and Commercial teams, to align campaign objectives, budgets, messaging, and timelines.
Manage campaign budgets, purchase orders, and supplier relationships while coordinating the creation of marketing assets including listings, brochures, signage, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and quality control.
Oversee digital channels including website/CMS updates, property portals ( social media, email marketing, and SEO, using analytics to track performance and drive improvements.
