Overview
Montclare Executive Search has been retained by a leading aviation leasing company to search for a Transaction Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will manage aircraft leasing transactions, oversee the lifecycle of aircraft leasing contracts, ensuring compliance and collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage/participate in ad hoc transactions and projects as needed.
* Draft and coordinate execution of transaction documents (e.g. CPs, side letters).
* Ensure lease compliance, including managing ancillary documentation (letters of credit, insurance).
* Handle demand letters, notices of default, and repossession processes.
* Monitor lease events (e.g. options).
* Maintain and update the lease management system and document management systems.
* Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships and address customer requests promptly.
* Continuously enhance transaction and lease management procedures.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree holder with 3+ years of experience in a transaction and/or lease management department within the aviation industry.
* Experience with lease/asset management software.
* Organised self-starter who can work independently, takes ownership, and can handle multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
* Tenacious professional with the ability to deal with ambiguity and pressure.
* Excellent communicator who can build relationships with people at all levels across various teams and offices.
