About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator with experience in taping/jointing and property maintenance across various trades. The role involves working on residential properties—both tenanted and vacant—carrying out renovation, redecoration, and snagging works after initial projects.
Responsibilities:
* Painting, decorating, and taping/jointing
* Snagging and finishing properties after main works
* Reactive maintenance and general property upkeep
* Working independently or as part of a team of 3–4
* Collaborating with other trades on renovation projects
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in painting, decorating, and property maintenance
* Ability to work diligently and flexibly across different tasks
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work solo when required
* Experience in residential properties (occupied and vacant)
Location: Leinster Region, Ireland
