This is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured 12-month graduate programme. You'll gain hands-on experience in one of our core business areas while contributing to real projects from day one. You'll build deep functional expertise in your chosen area, supported by experienced mentors and a close-knit graduate community.

Our Engineering Programme

Engineering is at the heart of Kerry Dairy Ireland's operations. From milk intake to final product packaging, our engineers ensure that every step of our vertically integrated value chain runs safely, efficiently, and sustainably. With over 50 years of dairy processing expertise and a portfolio of leading brands, our engineering teams play a vital role in shaping the future of dairy.

What You Might Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

* Support plant operations and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimisation.

* Collaborate with teams across supply chain, quality, and health & safety to deliver cross-functional solutions.

* Assist in the implementation of new technologies and automation systems.

* Participate in capital projects, including equipment upgrades and facility enhancements.

* Apply lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making to improve performance.

* Gain exposure to dairy-specific technologies and processes, from pasteurisation to cheese production.

* Building a strong understanding of Kerry Dairy Ireland's product portfolio and its application across retail and foodservice channels.
