Flexsource are currently recruiting for General Operatives. The role will primarily focus on Raceday support, as well as repair of the ground in the days immediately after a fixture. You will assist in ensuring the presentation of a safe racing surface, jumps, and ancillary features such as stables and parade rings.
This employment is on a casual basis and opportunities are as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the racing surface and associated areas
2. Perform ground repair involving replacement of divots and filling holes with soil/sand mixtures
3. Assist in the presentation of jumps, rails, stables and general grounds
4. Perform other necessary duties as assigned

· Experience not essential but preferred
6. A can-do attitude, and the ability to work reliably as part of a dedicated team
Rates of Pay:
· €13.50 – €20.10 p/h
