Ideally, the helper would create a simple menu, shop for ingredients if needed, and batch-cook portions that can be stored in the fridge or freezer. Preferences: no nuts, options for vegetarian dishes, and meals suitable for someone with a light diet. I’d appreciate someone punctual, tidy, and able to clean as they go.
