Senior Technical Product Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | PermanentHiring on behalf of a fast‑growing consumer‑facing business, seeking a technically fluent Product Manager to own key areas of a digital product portfolio and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive product areas across the end‑to‑end digital customer journey including conversion, booking, self‑service, and experimentation.Manage roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, requirements, and end‑to‑end delivery across assigned product areas.Partner with internal engineering teams and external development partners to shape scalable technical solutions and evaluate trade‑offs.Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insight to identify opportunities and optimise digital performance.Leverage GA4, BigQuery, and A/B testing platforms to support data‑driven product decisions.Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the customer experience.Communicate product priorities, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior and C‑suite stakeholders.Maintain high standards across QA, release management, governance, and platform performance.Build cross‑functional relationships across commercial, operations, marketing, and technology teams.Requirements5+ years’ Product Management experience with demonstrable technical depth.Strong technical fluency working directly with engineering teams and external development partners.Proven track record shipping digital products with measurable commercial impact across revenue, conversion, or customer experience.Strong analytical capability – comfortable with SQL, GA4, BigQuery, and A/B testing methodologies.Experience on transactional, e‑commerce, marketplace, or digitally enabled customer platforms.Strong commercial thinking connecting product decisions to business performance.Experienced in Agile methodologies – Scrum or Kanban.Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent tooling.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior and executive level.Nice to haveUnderstanding of SEO, GEO, and AI‑driven search discoverability.Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms such as AB Tasty or Optimizely.Exposure to payment systems including Stripe, multi‑currency pricing, or MCC optimisation.Product Management certification or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
