The Opportunity
As a Graduate Field Service O&M Technician, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians, gaining hands-on exposure across wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage systems. You will be trained on live operational sites and supported through structured development, certifications, and on-the-job learning.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting maintenance and inspection activities across operational renewable sites
* Assisting with fault diagnosis, repairs, and performance checks
* Learning to work with SCADA and site monitoring systems
* Developing strong safety, quality, and operational discipline
* Travelling to different sites across Ireland as part of a field-based team
What They're Looking For
* Degree or trade background in mechanical electrical engineering
* Strong interest in renewable energy and hands-on technical work
* Willingness to travel and work in the field
* Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
