Job Title: Night Management Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Welcome department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests' requirements are met during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Services: Ensure all guests' needs are met during their stay, including answering incoming calls and taking messages where necessary.
* Check-in/Check-out Procedures: Follow accurate procedures for checking in and out guests.
* Reservations: Take reservations in the absence of the Reservations Department.
* Cash Handling: Handle all cash transactions, card payments, banking, and sales reporting.
* Team Leadership: Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire your team to maintain high standards.
* Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and harmonious working and customer environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a Night Manager or similar role.
* Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid driving license.
* Availability: Eligible to work 40 hours per week without restrictions.
* Skills: Good knowledge of Opera Cloud.
