Job Description:
As a seasoned leader in patient care, you will be responsible for overseeing daily meal service operations, managing staff schedules and payroll, conducting patient rounds to ensure satisfaction, and leading teams as the opening or closing manager. You will collaborate with fellow Patient Services Managers to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily patient meal service operations
* Manage staff scheduling and payroll processing
* Conduct patient rounding to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
* Lead teams as the opening or closing manager on a rotating schedule
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services
