A boutique legal practice in the Dublin 2 area is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Legal Executive to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will support the conveyancing department in handling residential and commercial property files from initial instruction through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing files from opening to post-completion with appropriate supervision.
* Draft and prepare legal documents including contracts, closing documentation and correspondence.
* Conduct and review property searches; prepare and manage requisitions.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and opposing solicitors.
* Handle AML/KYC checks and maintain accurate file administration and case management updates.
* Assist with stamping, PRA registration and other post-completion steps.
* Ensure deadlines and key dates are tracked and met.
* Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing secretary or legal executive role.
* Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing; commercial experience is an advantage.
* Excellent drafting, typing and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
* Strong communication and client-service skills.
* Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
