Responsibilities:
1. To achieve and deliver the highest possible standard of care in professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff members
2. Ensure that all Staff Members contribute to the best of their ability, to the efficient running of the Nursing Home and creation of atmosphere conducive to best interests of Clients
3.
