The purpose of this position is a Commercial Claims Executive role working within our Galway Commercial Lines division. The role entails working on commercial accounts with an account director/executive and managing all matters relating to claims.
Claims Management
* Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence related to claims.
* Registering and setting up new claims onto the internal system.
* Reviewing and analysing claim documentation, including policies, medical records, and witness statements.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records, documentation and renewal reports.
* Liaise with insurance underwriters, clients, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claim processing.
* Prepare and issue reports to clients regarding claim status and developments.
* Provide administrative support, to ensure efficient claim handling.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Staying updated on relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to claims administration. Customer Relationship Management: Build long term trusted relationships with customers, through understanding their needs and being a true partner.

* Work closely with designated Account Directors.
