Accounting Software Senior Implementation Consultant
We are now looking for an additional two experienced software consultants for these key client-facing roles.
You will be team players who wish to push themselves and are passionate about their career and successfully delivering accounting software solutions to their clients across a variety of sectors throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
You will have a proven history of similar mid–range to ERP accounting / finance related software consultancy and implementation experience.
You will know that the future in accounting software is Cloud technology and a genuine customer focus, and have a yearning to find the right accounting software to commit to, with the right organization who values your experience.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
The Consultant role will necessitate a varied set of duties, but you should expect to satisfy the following
when and where required: -
* Work as part of a project team to deliver implementation services for both new and existing clients, to include:
* Project Management
* System configuration
* Data migration
* Training and consultancy
* Workshops
* Providing both non-technical and technical support
* To work closely with the project delivery and internal product team
* Configure our software to meet documented in-scope client requirements
* Guide our clients in optimising their processes through our best practices
* Successfully deliver the solution within the scope, time, budget and quality
* Collaborate with other implementation consultants, Sales handovers, and client support colleagues
* Learn the capabilities of our software to translate innovative ideas to solutions
* Maintain relationships with: Customers, Team members, Suppliers and Third Party Organisations working with the customer
* Delivery of staff & customer training
* Delivering the front-line service to our customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Development and maintenance of adequate documentation and procedures for end users
* Assisting other team members as required
* Attendance, where required, at regular meetings to discuss development progress
* Maintain up to date skill set including attending training when required
* Continually contribute towards the Company knowledge base for the enhancement of Company services provided
ROLE CRITERIA
* You will possess a good combination of client-facing skills, an analytical & technical aptitude to understand requirements to implement & integrate iplicit's cloud accounting software solution into our customers' IT environments and business
* Prior implementation experience of similar Mid-range to ERP finance software solutions at a senior level to organisations based in Ireland or the UK.
* Experience working on multiple simultaneous projects
* Experience working with external customer-facing projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Client facing; able to facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to our customers online
* Industrious, willing, and able to work to deadlines
* Ability to remain objective and goal-focused under pressure
* Organised, methodical and conscientious
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Self-reliant, confident, decisive
* Good general IT knowledge is essential
* Competent user of MS office applications
* We currently work in a hybrid /remote capacity which will continue, although visits to client sites can be required together with visits to the office
* Full driving license
* Based in Ireland or Northern Ireland and able to visit our Dublin offices or client premises if required
