Job Title: Graduate NPI Industrial Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate NPI Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for bringing leading-edge products to market, including class 3 medical devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a keen eye for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. You will analyze potential new customer data packs, estimate required process steps and cycle times, and highlight potential challenges or atypical requirements.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and internal personnel at all levels. Strong PC skills, particularly in MS-Excel, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
* Support customer engagement for new products and assist with new Business Opportunity Analysis.
* Prepare/Presentation of accurate, timely, & competitive quotations and product proposals.
* Serve as a liaison between engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure effective execution of projects according to required product specification, internal procedures and customer expectations.
Requirements
* NFQ Level 8 Degree in an Engineering discipline (production, process, operations).
* Good communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to effectively present information to customers and internal personnel at all levels.
* Excellent PC skills especially MS-Excel.
* Demonstrates strong Attention to detail.
