This graduate programme will provide essential support to the implementation of Tirlns global initiatives including Talent Management Culture and Engagement Talent Acquisition and Development.
Providing ongoing support to HR operationally in one or more of our production sites or agri networks.
Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires leaves of absence contractual changes secondments and leavers.
Preparing and presentation of HR reporting packs and insight analysis for HR management to summarise trends and actions required.
Supporting employee onboarding including induction documentation and coordination of probation reporting.
