As we continue to expand, we're looking to add an experienced and versatile Property Maintenance Technician to our skilled team.
The Role
We're seeking a hands-on, all-round Maintenance Technician with strong practical skills and a background in general property maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, capable of delivering a wide range of repair and maintenance services, and committed to maintaining the company's high standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Carry out responsive maintenance tasks efficiently and safely
Undertake multi-trade works including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and flooring
Conduct window and door repairs, including locks and fittings
Support home clear-outs and other general operative duties
Engage with clients and tenants in a polite and professional manner
Maintain company standards of health, safety, and presentation at all times
What You'll Bring
Essential Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in property maintenance or a similar multi-trade role
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Certificate
Full, clean driving licence
Strong time management and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Fluent English preferred (not essential)
Desirable
Specialisation or experience in carpentry, painting, or plastering
Own tools (advantageous)

Salary: From €32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
